Dormy Inn Kanazawa is about 2 minutes on foot from the east/Kenrokuen Gate side of JR Kanazawa Station, and it is also close to the East Gate bus terminal. From there, Kanazawa Loop Bus services are useful for central sights such as Omicho Market, Higashi Chaya District, Kanazawa Castle, Kenrokuen Garden, and the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art. Kenrokuen and Kanazawa Castle are about 20 minutes from the station by the Right Loop route. The area around the hotel is also convenient for shopping and dining.

Breakfast

Breakfast is available for hotel guests at CAFE & LOUNGE OASIS Kanazawa on the 1st floor. It is served from 6:30 to 9:30, with final entry at 9:00. This is a buffet style breakfast with both Western style and Japanese dishes, including local specialties such as okonomi kaisen-don, a build-your-own seafood rice bowl, and hanton rice. Breakfast costs 2,500 yen for adults and 1,200 yen for children aged 3 through elementary school. Children aged 2 and under can eat for free.

As a special service, Dormy Inn also offers free yonaki soba, a light soy-sauce ramen, from 21:30 to 23:00 at CAFE & LOUNGE OASIS Kanazawa.

Spa & Sauna

The big advantage of staying at Dormy Inn Kanazawa is its natural hot spring spa. The 14th floor bath, Kaga no Yusen, uses sodium-chloride spring water pumped from 1,200 meters underground. The bathing areas are separated by gender and include indoor baths, a cold-water bath, an open-air bath, a lying bath, and an auto-loyly sauna.

The spa and sauna are free to use for hotel guests. The bath is open from 15:00 until 10:00 the following morning. The sauna is closed between 1:00 and 5:00. The hotel’s bath rules do not allow guests with tattoos to use the public bath, so travelers with tattoos should check the hotel policy before booking if the spa is a priority.

There is also a massage room on the 14th floor. It is open from 19:00 to 25:00, with final reception at 24:00. Check with the hotel for treatment details and prices.

The hotel also has a manga corner, CAFE & LOUNGE OASIS Kanazawa on the 1st floor, and a 24 hour front desk if you need help from staff or wish to make enquiries about the area.

The front desk can store luggage before check-in and after check-out on the same day. The hotel also has tower-style parking for guests traveling by car. Parking is first-come, first-served, costs 1,500 yen per night, and has vehicle size restrictions.
