Good Neighbors Five Bedroom House

Good Neighbors is a spacious whole-house rental hotel located on a quiet side street close to Kanazawa Station. The property is a renovated four-story concrete building with five bedrooms, living and dining space, a kitchen, balcony, gaming room, washing/drying machine, and high-speed Wi-Fi. It is rented as a single private accommodation, making it a practical choice for families and groups who want more space than a standard hotel room. There is no elevator, and the whole building is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes.

Guest Rooms

Good Neighbors has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 adults, plus up to 2 children aged 6 or under sleeping with adults. Extra beds and extra bedding are not provided. Prices are set for whole-property use for up to 6 guests, with an extra charge of 3,500 yen per person per night from the 7th guest.

Room 201 is a queen bedroom for 2 people with a queen bed, large TV, speaker, sofa, sink, and shower room. Room 202 is a twin bedroom for 2 people with two single beds. Room 301 is a single bedroom for 1 person with a monitor and gaming chair. Room 302 is a double bedroom for 2 people with a double bed and monitor. Room 401 is a single bedroom for 1 person.

Bathing Facilities

The property has a bathroom with a bathtub on the 1st floor, a shower room inside Room 201, and toilets on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleansing lotion, toothbrushes, shower towels, bath towels, and hair dryers.

Other Facilities and Services

Good Neighbors has a large living area with a 70-inch TV, a gaming room, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a balcony with seating and a view toward Kanazawa Station’s Tsuzumi-mon Gate. The kitchen and dining area has a three-burner IH cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, rice cooker, microwave oven, oven toaster, coffee makers, cooking tools, tableware, oil, salt, and pepper. Mineral water is provided for the number of guests. The property also has a Sharp drum washing/drying machine.

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Entry instructions, including the entrance passcode, are sent by email 2 days before check-in. Luggage can be left in the 1st floor luggage area from 11:00 before check-in and until 13:00 after check-out. Outside those times, guests should use lockers at Kanazawa Station or the Machi-nori luggage service near the station.

Good Neighbors has no private parking, but there are several nearby coin parking lots, with overnight parking examples around 500-1,000 yen. Free municipal bicycle parking is about 1 minute away. The property is in a residential area, so guests should avoid loud drinking or loud movies after 23:00. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony or outside the entrance.

Good Neighbors is located at 4-19 Konohana, about a 3 minute walk from JR Kanazawa Station’s Kenrokuen-guchi / East Exit.
