Hotel Kanazawa is a reasonably priced hotel in a great location directly outside Kanazawa Station. This hotel has clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, and is known for the welcoming, attentive and efficient service of its staff. This hotel is also very close to the station’s east exit bus terminal so it is easy to access all of the city’s main attractions. Using sightseeing buses you can easily get to areas like Kanazawa Castle Park, Kenrokuen Gardens, and the Higashi Chaya-gai district in under 20 minutes.

Guest Rooms

Hotel Kanazawa completed a renewal of all guest rooms in 2022. Room categories include double rooms, twin rooms, business double rooms, king rooms, twin plus rooms, superior twin rooms, universal twin rooms, family rooms, and executive and luxury suites. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and LAN internet connections and are supplied with a refrigerator, a TV with satellite channels and pay-per-view programs, an electric kettle with a tea set, a hair dryer, slippers and yukata style nightwear. The bathrooms have a toilet with a washlet style bidet, and are supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, tooth brushes and toothpaste, shaving razors, combs, face towels, and bath towels. The suites have separate sleeping and lounge areas and wonderful views over the city and the mountains.

Breakfast & Dining

Hotel Kanazawa has excellent dining facilities with DINING TSUZUMI on the 1st floor and Top Lounge Raspberry on the 16th floor. For guests who include breakfast in their booking plan, a buffet breakfast featuring both Japanese and Western style dishes is served in the 1st floor restaurant, DINING TSUZUMI, between 6:30 – 10:00, with last orders at 9:30. Breakfast features more than 40 items and costs 3,000 yen per person.

DINING TSUZUMI is an all-day dining restaurant on the 1st floor serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, sweets, and seasonal menus using ingredients from Ishikawa and Noto. The restaurant has 95 seats and a private room for up to 16 people.

Top Lounge Raspberry is a lounge area on the 16th floor. It is a perfect spot for sipping cocktails, wine, Japanese sake, or enjoying Japanese food while looking out over the spectacular panoramic window views. A private room is available by reservation.

Services and Facilities

This hotel has a 24-hour reception desk and staff there can store your luggage for you before you check in or after you check out. Other services include cleaning, package delivery, morning calls, fax service, and in-room massages.

The following items can be borrowed from reception: a trouser press, a reading lamp, an iron, a wheelchair, a baby’s cot, a computer, and a humidifier.

This hotel also has drinks vending machines with both soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, ice machines on the 7th and 11th floors, and a currency exchange machine.

Hotel Kanazawa has underground parking for 73 vehicles. The parking fee for hotel guests is 1,000 yen per car per night from 15:00 to 11:00. Hourly charges apply outside that period.

Access

Hotel Kanazawa is about a 1 minute walk from the east exit of Kanazawa Station. Komatsu Airport direct buses arrive at and depart from the Kanazawa Station west exit bus terminal, which is on the opposite side of the station building.
