This is one of several Mystays properties in Kanazawa. Hotel Mystays Kanazawa Castle is closer to the east side of the station and has a large traditional Japanese style public bath. Hotel Mystays Kanazawa Katamachi is in the Katamachi nightlife and shopping area. Hotel Mystays Premier Kanazawa is on the west side of the station and is useful for travelers who want spacious rooms and a fitness gym.

Hotel Mystays Premier has 244 rooms. All guest rooms are non-smoking, and a smoking area is provided in the building. Room categories include Standard King, Superior King, Superior Twin, Deluxe Twin, Deluxe King, Grand Deluxe Fourth, and other quad-style rooms for families or groups. There is also an Accessible Twin room which is suitable for wheelchair users. This has two beds sized 1200mm and a room size of 32m2.

All rooms have free Wi-Fi for high speed internet access and are fitted with an air conditioner, a combined air purifier and humidifier, a refrigerator, a flat screen TV, an electric kettle, a writing desk, a hair dryer and nightwear. Private bathrooms are equipped with a bath tub and shower attachment, a toilet with a washlet style bidet function and come with a full set of complimentary toiletries.

The ground-floor Travel Café is a Western style café, dining, and bar space. Opening hours for this café should be checked with the hotel before planning a meal there.

The Nami-no-hana izakaya style restaurant on the 2nd floor serves Kanazawa style cuisine with a focus on fresh seafood and local vegetables, complemented by a variety of sake rice wine brewed in Ishikawa Prefecture. An English menu is available. Nami-no-hana serves hotel breakfast and evening meals. Breakfast is served from 6.30 to 9.30. Dinner is served from 17.00 to 21.30, with last order at 21.00, and the restaurant is closed on Sundays.

Mystays Premier has a 24 hour front desk, a fitness gym for hotel guests, a library room, and a self-service laundry corner. The hotel also has drinks vending machines, an ice machine, a microwave, a smoking area, and a foreign currency exchange machine. Paid or request-based services include in-room massage, cleaning, courier service, fax/copy service, and rental items such as DVD players, irons, wheelchairs, and umbrellas.
